This book questions the dialectic of the beautiful and the ugly in a graphic and poetic writing carried by the powerful words of the poet. Printed on very thin Japanese paper, the texts appear in the image and the images in the text, unfolding page after page like a meditative journey.

The swirling daily life, the displacements, the repetitions of the same gestures and the obsession with the weather are punctuated by words from Montrealers such as:they say there are five seasons around here / in reality there are two / winter and the expectation of winter.
